'Friendlier' URLs

Have you thought of seeing if there's a way to get friendlier URLs for various things?

For example, instead of http://www.kinktalk.com/talk/member.php?u=41 for my profile it would be http://www.kinktalk.com/talk/members/scottishlad or something similar

Yes! This is on my long to do list. After I have to to spiff up the look of the forums I'll move on to this sort of thing. I only hesitate because every addition I make means the upgrades become more of a chore. This will be done eventually however. My goal now is to get the site running a little more quickly.
