I have met many on the internet before, but never quite understood what part of it they enjoy.

It sounds to me like there might be a tad bit of attraction to the domination a "parent" figure holds on top of the nurturing, loving, and the care-giving aspect. Not real sure there could easily be several different reasons depending on the person I imagine.

I'm not really an adult baby, more of a diaper lover - But I do enjoy to be babied that once in a while.
