do you mean make your own makeshift outfit or put female clothes together to make an outfit?

Well, if you have a sewing machine, get a pattern and some material!
If you know someone that does, ask to share. :)
Or just look around at thrift stores and be creative!

Depends how much time, effort and money you want to put into the project. Thrift stores are a good starting place, especially if your goal isn't to pass as a woman (rather you're just more comfortable in women's clothing).

Well I just go to stores and put my own things together and half the time they come out great its amazing the gift i have with clothes
