Do you have ideas to torture or train myself?

Does someone has an idea for one of the following questions?
- What kind of skill should I acquire?
- How can I measure my improvement?

You have to train your ass to recieve fist, your urethra to recieve index finger, your throat to recieve long dildo and your scrotum to be as long to reach asshole.
All measures you can do with ruler.
Measure your progress daily. If you have same results for 3 days, you are forbidden to piss at home, you have to drink 1 full cup of pee every morning and you have to punch your balls 30 times on morning and evening for each non-progressing skill.
