This works if you have someone who can help. Tie your balls in the tightest knot you can and have around a foot of sting still unused. Using that string tie it against a doorknob and stand as far back as you can to make sure there is no slack. Get someone to slam the door as hard as they can. Then while they are still hurting get that person son to kick you ten times. to finis attach clothespegs against ur balls and get the other person to pull them down until the pegs rip off
