what you probably want to do is get some thinner string or maybe rubberbands.
for the string, and you seem to have done it from looking at your pictures, put a loop in the string and then over your nipples. then pull your nipple out as far as you can get and pull the loop as tight as you can stand. Then try to wrap it around them a few times.
