One of my major turnoff is whenever I see a porn film that uses any sort of gag on the mouth. Especially the ball gag is gruesome to me.

I have actually liked the results some time. However, not as much as I would have liked it had she been allowed to yell freely.

This is a good summary, its also why safe words exist. This is how you know when the real or play acted screams stop and the actual "I've really enough" ones begin.
