Probably by putting together a business plan and taking it to the bank and asking them for a start up loan. There may also be business devlopment things that you could look into. One think i'd think you'd need to do is look into the competition and find yourself a neiche, cause otherwise there'd just be too much competition to ever make any money.

Yea, and do a lot of Googling, play devil's advocate, talk to others in the "biz" and of course consult a lawyer who specializes in both business as well as constitutional issues in your area - this varies by localle, State and country.

Yeah you're probably going to want to brush up on your international law. Also there's those things like net nanny and stuff that you'd want to get signed up with to help keep people who're underage off your site.
