Below you will find rules to which my slave submitted.

To explain the situation: he left without permission for 8 days and now came back ready to serve again. I'm letting you decide on his punishment.

1. The slave consents on serving MasterNike for an indefinite period.
2. Rules are established between MasterNike and the slave in a separate agreement. This one only deals with potential situations of quitting.
3. In case of quitting without Master's permission, the slave consents in advance to any punishment set by MasterNike which may include exposure, punishment tasks, subletting to any other Master determined by MasterNike or any other punishment set by MasterNike.
4. Exposure is to happen whenever MasterNike chooses it as punishment or as part of the task.
5. Exposure might also be decided by Kinktalk community in a poll posted by MasterNike.
6. In case of paragraph 5., MasterNike will let the final decision to be made by Kinktalk members. They decide on the number of pictures to be posted, what has to be shown on pictures etc.
7. In case of paragraphs 5. and 6., Kinktalk members may decide for the slave to be posted on Tumblr if the slave disobeyed severely and if there are at least 5 comments supporting such exposure with an explanation why do kinktalk members see it as appropriate.
8. In case kinktalk members decide to expose the slave on tumblr, an album with slave's pictures will be posted on Kinktalk with a permission for them to be uploaded on kinktalk to anyone who wishes to do so.
9. Each time anyone uploads a pic of the slave to Tumblr, it should post a comment under the pic in Kinktalk album with a link to reach the picture.
10. The slave will provide MasterNike with 15 pictures without face and 15 pictures with face performing in any position MasterNike chooses. Those pictures will be used for the purpose of this agreement.
11. MasterNike reserves the right to slightly moderate all of these rules upon his own discretion without the need to consult with the slave.
12. Slave consents to all of these rules and MasterNike's discretion to exercise them.
