Forgiven Sinner Confession

Hi how are you. My name is Kevin.

I know there is no right place to post this and I am aware that this will not go over well. But I would still like people to see this. I was raised as a christian and I have not been living like it for a while now. I had a conversation earlier today and it really made me think about some things, and I want to confess that I have not been living how a christian is called to live. I like porn and have enjoyed looking at this site, but it really makes me dislike myself. And this morning I was reminded of God's love and forgiveness, and I wanted to publicly state that I am sorry to my God for all that I have done.

But more than that, I want to take a chance and tell everyone in this community that my God loves you. I think people have this image of God as a being who punishes those who don't do as the church says is right by sending them to hell. But this is not true. Christ loves you, created you, and wants to have an actual relationship with you. It is our sin that separates us from God, and prevents us from having a relationship with Christ. It is us, and our actions not God. Jesus died on the cross in order to FORGIVE us, because of our actions. Think about that. The God who created the universe cares about You, created you, and is willing to lay down his life in order to forgive you.

I know most people who read this won't believe me (if anyone reads this). But if you do see this. Know that you are loved by God. Your life has purpose and meaning. If anyone doesn't feel good enough you are. Every single person in this community is valuable and loved. You don't have to just take my word for it. I am a nobody. But you can look into it for yourself. God promises that if you seek him you will find him. Take his word for it not mine.

Changel I dont mean this as an attack on anyone on here. With me personally I do believe that God exists. Having said that I dont believe that, he would want me to spend my time watching porn. But i choose to do it anyways. That is were my personal conflict is coming from. I say I believe one thing but act completely different.

And I dont mean to imply that people are sinners just because they are on this site or like porn. If you read the bible it says that every person who has ever lived is a sinner. That would include Christians, priests, even the Pope himself. I dont mean it in a way to put anyone down.
