They probably wont give you orgasms, they were originally for muscle toning and you can feel them, but not enough to finish you off I doubt.

They look too small to be real ben wa balls. they're usually a little over an inch in diameter, with some having another device inside that vibrates while chiming. You put both of them in, and so your thing during the day or night. Most likely won't give you an orgasm but you'll fell them when you walk or move.
