I have obviously taken a longer than necessary break. Within that break, I stopped doing all the goals I attempted to do while on this site and gd (50,000 jumping jacks, thousands of squats, 50 mile walk, etc). So here I am, requesting nearly impossible tasks to add to my already existing workout plans.

Cize Workout DVDs
Sworkit

Current workout
- Walk 5,000 steps per day / 3mi
- Cize (3 Crazy 8s, 3 You Got This, 3 Full Out, 4 In A Pocket).


Any ideas to increase activity and to basically make me suffer are greatly appreciated.
