The rule is that I must respond, having completed the "10," within ten minutes. If I fail to do that, the task triples ("10" becomes "30"). There are reasons why I would fail to respond in 10 minutes, including being asleep or being busy with other people. In those cases, I will do the task as soon as possible after it was sent - but it will be "30" instead of "10."
