Hello potential slave - and hi to the curious people

First of all i would like to introduce myself:
My Name is Tobi, i'm 22 and from Germany [i learned english for 13 years - that shouldn't be a problem]. I'm ex-soldier and engineering student. Ususally i'm well trained (used to train 3-4 times a week [Handball]) but i had a bad accident last year - long storry. In addition i do "funsports" like snowboarding and surfing.
I'm 6ft tall (1,83m), ~176lbs (80kg), black hair, brown eyes, glasses and beard (u can see me at skype if u want to)
what the hell am i looking for?!:
The most important question. I'm looking for a girl who likes to do everything i want her to do - a easy way to make me happy i guess. We can talk about everything, like what time is best for both, ur limits, punishments etc. I think beside of my lill affectation to give orders, I'm a very gentle guy and its important to me that we enjoy eachother.
My likes about girls: I really like skinny sportive girls who are quite smart. Everything else is flexible. I would like u to describe urself - or just sent a pic. webcam is a must-have.
The 2nd very important thing is Trust. Its understandable that u as a girl wont show urself imediately on cam etc - i'm realistic enough to know that this will take a lill time. If u dont need that time its even better. But i guess u should be ok with to proof that ur really a girl (pic with my name, mike, webcam... u name it)
I hope i didnt to to many mistakes in my lill ad - hehe

Mein name ist Tobi, ich bin 22 und wie ihr sehen könnt deutscher. Ich war Fallschirmjäger und bin derzeit Ingenieursstudent. Normalerweise bin ich ziemlich gut trainiert, ich hatte aber n bösen unfall letztes jahr. Außerdem mach ich halt so funsport wie snowboarden oder surfen.
Ich bin 1.83 - 80 kilo schwarze haare braune augen Brille und Bart.
Wonach suche ich?!:
Die wichtigste Frage. Ich suche nach einem mädel die spaß dran hat einfach alles zu tun was ich vol ihr verlange - ein ziemlich einfacher Weg mich glücklich zu machen. Wir können natürlich über alles reden wie: wann ist es für beide zeitlich passend, deine limits, strafen usw. Ich glaube neben meiner kleinen Vorliebe befehle zu geben bin ich eigentlich n ganz netter kerl und es ist mir wichtig dass wir gut miteinander klarkommen.
Was man ich an mädels: ne sportliche Figur und sie sollte nicht allzu dumm sein Alles weitere ist okay. Wär schön wenn du dich beschreiben würdest in ner PM - oder halt n Bild mitschickst. Allerdings MUSST du ne webcam haben.
Ne weitere sehr wichtige sache ist Vertrauen. Verständlicherweise haben nicht alle mädels direkt bock drauf sich direkt komplett zu zeigen oder so. Ich bin realistisch genug um zu wissen dass das ganze etwas zeit brauchen wird. Falls du die zeit nicht brauchst - umso besser =). Aber ich glaube es sollte für dich ok sein mir zu beweisen dass du wirklich n Mädel bist (Bild mit meinem namen, Webcam, mikrofon.. was auch immer)
