Help and advice to make it more painful

I like self spanking and normally use a hair brush spatula and wooden spoon I can do this for easily an hour spanking myself over 300 times sometimes the problem I have is that it doesn't really hurt and doesn't leave my ass or thighs red/marked enough how can I improve on this with different positions or using something else

I have attached pictures to see the marks and redness I had after my last spanking

Put a heating pad on your bottom for 20 minutes before you spank. The heat will increase blood flow which will make it hurt more.

I have used a bath brush before and same again can go on for hour over 200 hits also the pain goes straight afterwards and very little markings left I like to see it for a few days afterwards as a reminder

It’s not hurting because
1. You’re using light weight stingy items.
2. After the initial sting sets in it’s more a numbing feeling
3. Your not getting a good angle for a full swing or you’re not able to bypass your brains urge for self preservation.

Try heavier thuddy items. Solid and with some weight. Canes, wooden dowels, paddles, rolling pin, belt buckle end, anything that gives a more solid deep hit.
Also choke up in the item so you get a better hit.
Try laying on back legs spread reach through legs to hit. Or other positions until you find the right length and angle.
Lots of repeat fast hits to the exact same location should cause a burning feeling when you do it right ( think drum solo)
Switching up implements frequently will keep your body guessing and prevent complacency in the feeling.

Last advice and hardest one. Get a local Sadist to assist lol

I definitely agree with Subzzzero!

I would suggest the belt buckle or a heavier item.

Also try getting the wooden spoon wet either with water or maybe with your own drool. Force yourself to hit hard. Once the initial pain starts dying down, go harder.

Play around with different positions for different areas of your body. I prefer to bend over my bed and reach my arms back for ass self spanking, I had to figure out arm placement and how to be positioned and etc. you could also get on all 4’s, lay on your back, side, or back like subzzzero said. Also, not every hit will be a good one. Just keep going. Find what positions work best, switch arms, switch implements, clear your mind and hit hard! Hope this helps :)

If you have access to a meat hammer used for cooking wooden or metal that would definitely hurt more and leave marks
