These are really specific searches and that could be a problem. As a rule of thumb with any kind of internet search you should try to use the bare minimum of key words to maximize your results. If you get too specific you could rule out things that might interest you.

The key words here are

• lesbian - for female + female
• gyno - for examination type porn
• forced (you already know)

You could also try adding "dildo" or "toy" or "speculum"

I tested this out on motherless.com using just "forced gyno" and only got 12 video results, while "lesbian gyno" got 30 results. Using "forced lesbian" I got 677 results and for "forced lesbian dildo" I got 53 results.

It seems ok to me, never had any trouble there. You should use an ad blocker though as that will stop any third party stuff via ads. I use Adblock Plus and it works well.
