Hard to decide, but the mouth should be properly stuffed. So penis or ballgag with a proper headharness, lockable of course.

Can fully understand this. For me, it is similar with mittens. I have even during summer always cozy mittens with me, in hope to have to put them on - if needed with securing help of handcuffs over them ;-)
