Allow those banned/on probation to message the mod/admin that issued the infraction (if they just spam, they can be blocked))

This might get removed, but it's worth a shot. This is both for getDare and here I guess, a little backstory first. So I just received a week tempban from getDare that I believe was a misunderstanding. It was apparently for "selling panties," which is something I've never done. The only thing I can think of that would trigger this is a dare I gave making a suggestion to someone for the next time they bought underwear. This involved linking to a few Cafepress links that were *NOT MINE.* No money could have ever come to me for anything I had posted, in public or in PM. Now, why am I posting this? I cannot message the admin that banned me (Butterfly), or ANYONE for that matter, to show my side of the story because apparently it warrants six warning points and an inability to access the forums at all. And no, I cannot simply make another account to inquire about my probation, as this would just get both accounts permanently banned for ban dodging. I know it's only a week, but it just doesn't feel right.
