If you're asking is it possible to be both praised and degraded at the same time as a sub then yes sure. I can think of several examples such as being called a "good little cum whore" for instance or it can be implied by tone of voice, "such a dirty fuck toy" said affectionately can be very effective.

It could also manifest as being roughly degraded during a play session then coddled and comforted afterwards.
