I really like cbt but I am concerned that hitting and kicking my ball could cause permeated damages
also tieing my balls for a hour how bad is that for my sperm ?

please let me know any advice

About typing. It is not 0/1 answer.

If you tie so tightly that they change colour, become colder etc then you are stopping blood circulation. Longer periods with stopped vlood circulation can have bad effects on every piece of body. If you tie so ligtly that colour stay the same, there is no pain and temeperature stay the same - you are safe in my opinion.
