I want some dares or torture ideas that i can do to myself with only household items

Depending on how tight you are you could stretch yourself. Clothespins your nipples and gently pull them off without opening them. Or use a rubber band and snap it against yourself

Cut up some Chilli peppers, get them a bit wet, then rub then on nipples for a while, and enjoy the pain, could even put some on pussy if you want some real torture
