(Not sure if this is the proper forum for discussing this, but potential discrimination seems like a wellness issue to me.)

Is it just me, or are a hell of a lot of the transgender/altgender profiles on eBlue and its affiliated sites suddenly getting banned or censored? I had mine cut without warning; no warning email, no explanation about whether I was banned over some ToS violation, etc. Trying to ask about the reasoning via support tickets has been met with over two weeks of silence. I can accept being cut because of perceived abuse, but I had pretty chaste images up on the profile itself and nothing seemed to be in violation of the ToS (aside from potentially hitting the super subjective "Whatever we find offensive" rule, despite my content being vanilla).

I did some investigating and noticed that some of the non-standard gendered individuals I followed on there, many with legit escort accounts for actual work and paid premium services, have also had their accounts banned. I haven't been able to get in touch since I only knew them on there, unfortunately; I'm curious if they received any reasoning about this or tried to get in touch with the support desk themselves.

I'd normally brush it off as mere chance, but certain dedicated non-consensual exposure accounts that are clearly violating ToS (and basic human decency) are still rapidly gaining followers, upvotes, etc. Those accounts usually don't even have any data listed or openly list themselves as "male" and what they're all about, yet several predate me using the site and are still posting other people's stuff almost daily. A woman uploaded on there without permission has to jump through a lot of hoops and digital forms to maybe get her image pulled down hours later, yet the account that posted it will remain active and simply post someone else later.

Anyone else have a take on this? Noticed any particular accounts vanishing? Had your own cut but were at least told why? I want more information before I do something crazy like call for a full boycott, but the team over there seems keen on keeping their lips shut.

A follow-up, months later: The staff refuse to reply to emails or trouble tickets. I guess I'll never know for sure why I and others were cut.

They have since updated their ToS page to be even more vague and subjective. Critically, they no longer protect people from having their content uploaded by other people unless that content is copyrighted or trademarked, like a licensed and paid porn movie. Long-lived accounts dedicated to stalking, shaming, or even just grabbing random porn off Google searches are pretty common still, and there is no report button. If someone decides to upload something of yours, then you can only get it pulled with a full on DMCA and legal battle.

I'm forced into one conclusion: eBlue is scummy as fuck, yo.

what's the deal with timed images? If something is deleted from timed images or expires is it really gone forever?
Not really. The original copy of the image exists still; if a degenerate uploaded something once, then they can do it again.

eBlue can, with their new rules, discretely store any image uploaded on their site so long as it is not copyrighted or displaying "directly identifying personal information"; in other words, unless you hold your driver's license and social security number up in every image you ever share online, then it's not protected in their eyes. Under U.S.A. law, your personal porn pics are protected if someone tries to aggressively use them against you (blackmail, social harassment, etc.), so all those "Here's this slut's email or whatever" images are technically illegal; yet, eBlue does not offer a report function to get that shit scrubbed and even seems to actively tolerate it.

Say if I upload an image of myself that is copyrighted by me are they not allowed to store this?
Arguably no. A lawyer would probably be able to defend it and say that you consented to uploading and storing your image on their servers, and you'd need to file under DCMA or a similar law in order to have it permanently purged from the server.

While eBlue CAN store "expired" images, I don't believe they do; there is no advantage to doing so, it would eat up server space, and it might open them up to legal backlash later on. On the other hand, I think it's pretty clear that the staff don't give a damn about ethics or shadowy legality.

So if you had to give me an answer to whether they store expired images or not, (I contacted support and they said that they don’t but I’m not sure if customer support is allowed to lie or not) what would you give me?
I said I don't believe they do. Frankly, I'm surprised you got a response from them at all.

Even if they did, it would be far from the worst thing they're complicit in. Why are you so concerned about storage?

Well I’ve uploaded some quite, well.. images on there tbh their not kinky just some pics with my dick and face in it and I deleted them very quickly thinking they won’t be seen again and I don’t want them storing these photos of me so say for example a data breach happens or they decide to release all the expired photos I just want to feel safe knowing they won’t be uploaded elsewhere etc
Knowing the eBlue community, nobody cared to screenshot a male image and the site wouldn't prioritize storing male images past the expiration date.

Also why do you think I was banned? Every time I tried to log in it came up with a 500 server error so I restarted my modem and it works again I read in their privacy policy that they could release info about me if conducted abuse on the site etc and I haven’t actually done anything wrong
I never said anything about you being banned.

You're mis-remembering the portion of the ToS stating that they can release identifying information to law enforcement if needed; similar disclaimers are on every website's legal page.

I've been banned in eblue multiple times. I'm not transgender or altgender. They just ban people. It's probably automated. Why would it be because of sexual identity.

i just checked the timed images part of the site and it looks like you need credit card and age verification.

also is it common for people on there to screenshot images?
Old thread, mate; are you back to ask the same two questions over and over again? Back when I was trying to get an answer out of them, they didn't need any verification aside from an email.

Yes, very common, if the image is of a female.

also how much server space would all of those images even eat up?
A medium quality image without compression is about 8mb. Modern phones can often take HD pictures over 20mb. Most of eBlue's users have both a profile image and at least a single timed image up, not including premium members who have multiple images going. Multiply the average data by the number of active users then double it for a roundabout answer.
