Most likely its because you posted the same thing more than once, there is no need to post in multiple places. All new posts appear under the Latest Posts banner at the top right on the home page, if you post more than once they simply line up together there.
Multi posting is not only against the rules it is really annoying, spend the extra time putting something more into ONE good post instead of scattering crap around.
