They're "safe" but hard to get out, usually having to force them out through toilet related ways, a one use and flush. I didn't like doing this, you could hardly feel them after inserting the first and getting them out was a slow and boring process.

suggestion

anal beads would be more to your liking i believe unless you want to go for longer term then the marbles will work just fine for that as the other person stated they are safe. But can be a bit of an issue to get out.
