Can anyone help with degrading things I can say to him about myself. I really enjoy it but I'm at a loss for words.

Welcome to kinktalk. This is sort of a hard one to answer without some further detail. Honestly most times degradation is in play the dom side will set what labels or degrading remarks he wants used. Anyone here not knowing you it makes it hard to make suggestions since we lack that connection and therefor lack some basic knowledge about you and your dynamic.
Is this online or in person?
Does he use specific names/terms with you?
Do you have limits to the level of degradation words used? (Some people have specifics not allowed like fat, stupid, etc)
How long has he been your master? A convo with him might be your best option.
We can all make suggestions here for you but it’s going to be empty and half assed without some info like above.
