I can't stop thinking about touching myself and finishing but I really don't feel that I deserve it

I haven't done anything to deserve it and I've already came twice today but I'm so desperate
I really want to be put under someone's control so I feel fulfilled and deserving if that makes any sense
How i see this is, that you need total power exchange for full or some part of your life.
If you want to publically be controlled than the best easy way is creating a thread.
Where you can put the required task to be done ( like study a number of topics or chapter).
People here will part the task in sections along with reward and punishment.
Simply put if you have 3 chapter to study than people here will divide it 3 sections with each chapter comes with a reward and punishment.
If you only manage to do 2 chapter, than there are two rewards and 1 punishment waiting for you.
The condition is that you dont lie and follow rules, that way you will have enough pleasure and pain to keep you in line.
Setup up your likes dislike and punishment so that you only get what you deserve.
Do not make too mant section of the task, only the main needed section.
Like 5 chapters 5 parts not like 50 parts.
And first 5 to post reward and punishment will be selected so you dont get bombed with comment or message.
