This idea is something I have seen done but not tried myself, it uses a regular bra with holes cut into it and then the wearers tits are pulled partially or fully through these holes. The effect can be rather good, I am posting a couple of examples I have seen in my album in the hope of encouraging some experimentation.

Here is an other idea for a tack bra. Have made it myself with 2mm diameter stainless steel wire.

Why not get a normal bra, soak it in cold water then leave it in the freezer for a couple of hours. Then make her wear it
