Yes, sorta, I have used ice to end and prevent an erection.

How did you use it?
Both by direct application and by Emerson with water. Also placed in a zip locked bag with water.

A couple of times my wife and I used a popsicle mold to make a icy dildo. She said it was exciting, an interesting adventure, but once the newness wore off it wasn't anything to try again.
