Reward and punishment ideas

So, I'm usually the sub but I have been a dom a lot with my new partner. I want to do punishments and rewards and tasks that my sub has to do on regular intervals. I would really appreciate some ideas for punishments or rewards or tasks, because I am stuck for ideas

I use positive renfrocment like head pets belly rubs or touching for doing as told

Disobment or failing a task ussaly ending in whips hair pulling biting candle buring electric pads etc
