I’ve had a sex swing before and found them to be kind of uncomfortable to be honest! If you can find one that has more of a platform to sit on rather than just straps it would be better as they tend to squeeze you a bit after a while. Also on the lube front I’d say silicone based would be better as the water based one will just wash away if imagine. Hope that helps.
