I have always had this kink. It's not just a game to myself and others. I hope others feel the same and I would like to post the rules for those unfamiliar. These are the official rules we played by when I played and in certain circles you will find these or slight variations to these. Especially if those circles consider themselves to be competitive truth or dare players. Now onwards with the rules.

1. Firstly, the group must devise a forfeit for anyone who quits the game. This usually consists of humiliation, ranging from public spanking to sitting outside nude until the end of the game but can really be anything as long as the group agrees to it.

2. After deciding who goes first by whatever means you prefer, each player will take turns asking another player to answer a question truthfully called, a Truth, or perform an action that is usually demeaning and/or sexual called, a Dare. Once the player has completed their Truth or Dare it is then their turn and they may not give a Truth or Dare to the player that just gave them one.

3. Any player may pass on a Truth or Dare by removing an article of clothing. However, any article of clothing removed may not be reapplied by any means and the part of that player's body the article of clothing concealed cannot be concealed by any other means. If the player is nude you must either complete the Truth or Dare or quit and perform the forfeit.

4. No player may dare another player to perform a Dare that could cause permanent physical harm to themselves or others.

5. No player may dare a player to Dare another player. Each player must dare the player they are daring, no roundabout way to dare someone else.

6. If a player breaks any rules, lies during a Truth, or fails to complete a Dare they will be given a punishment dare that must be completed. This can be immediate or even extended to a maximum of thirty days. For instance, if someone were to lie during a truth their punishment could be that they must sleep in the nude for a month.

7. If there are three dares taken in a row, Truths are abolished and only dares may be given or completed.

8. No one is to discuss anything that happens in the game with anyone who was not in the game. The only exception is during a truth, in which case you cannot name names or places only describe the event.

9. No collectivist dares, meaning no daring all guys or all girls, group dares applying to everyone are okay though.

10. A single truth or dare may only be used twice. For example, if Wendy dares David to strip naked, then David dares Lisa to strip naked, Lisa may not then give Wendy the same dare. This is to avoid repetitive truths and dares.

11. No insubordination, in other words, if someone gives you a dare, you are allowed to decide to do it or not, you are allowed to complain, but no arguing or yelling. No personal attacks or physical resistance. This will be treated as a violation of the rules and the offender will be given a punishment dare by the very person they were insubordinate towards.

Ultimately, some people use some parts of these rules or variations to them. This I believe is the definitive list as it was passed down to us by someone who claimed it had been passed down to them. From what I understand, a history dating back to the 1960's.
