What you are going to do, is first, set timer for 5 min. put on clamps, start timer. When timer goes off remove clamps and set timer for 10 min. When timer goes off put clamps back on a 1/4 of a turn from where you took them off. Set timer for 5 min. You will do this all day.
Now at bed time yo will put spreader on legs, get under your blanket, blindfold yourself and find a whyti tie your hands behind you.
