In the morning I am going give myself an enema, put in a butt plug and hold it there with my locking butt plug harness. It has two locks. Before I give myself the enema I am going to lock the keys to the harness in my mailbox which is about a 10 minute walk from home. I am also going to lock my car keys in there to make sure I have no choice but to walk.
Once I give myself the enema it will be held in until I walk to the mailbox, get the keys, walk back home and unlock myself. I imagine this will be wonderfully excruciating.
I would like some ideas to make this more interesting and possibly some help deciding what exactly to do.
Help me decide the amount of water to use, I have a 3 liter enema bag and can take 3 liters, that is quite a lot, but I would like someone else to choose the amount, preferably between two and three liters.
If you can come up with anything else to add to my discomfort or just to make things more interesting please let me know.
