If you’re talking rope bondage there are some good posts here about self ties rope type and safety precautions.
Bondage/ restraint can also be achieved with other mediums. tape zipties Velcro cuffs clothing etc.
Don’t tie too tight. Always have scissors or another quick escape plan for emergencies
