How to make disgusting food

Hi All,

I want to impress my gf/Goddess by going through a specially designed weekend of hell. Part of that is to do with the food I eat being crafted to be so vile that I can barely keep it down.

Any suggestions what I could make? Should be safe, of course, but really disgusting.

All the scraps and left overs from every meal should be all put together, and add things like used tea leaves and crushed up cereal ie weetabix

It's called "natural harvest".
It's about cooking with semen.
Nobody says it has to just be yours, either.
