Does any one have any good self bondage techniques or dares for me I really wanna be bound

i have done this!first strip naked,get some rope-2 pieces needed-then find a small moveable table-lay over this table after tying one piece of rope to one wrist and the other to one ankle,then ropes go under the table and tie your remaining wrist and ankle-'fiddly' i know!but it can be done!you should put a cushion or pillow under your belly if you find the table too uncomfortable
