You have to fill a bucket with ice water. Then you MUST strip completely naked and then dump the bucket of ice water above your head. Extra points for doing this in public but it can be done in a bathtub.
Extra challenge for the males, get an erection before you dump the water and see if you can keep it up after you dump the water.
