write as many dgrading words as you can think of all over your body. Stand in front of a mirror while doing that. when you're done. take a picture of yourself in the mirror and make it your phone's background picture. leave it there for a week.

self bondage - tie rope around your breasts and make them really tight. wear them like that out while doing some shopping.

punishment - find any kind of clamp that you have and put them on your nipples and leave them there as long as you can
