I have recently been playing a lot around with nipple torture (mostly clothes pins). My question is, if there is some sort of "training program" that makes you more capable of enduring the pain. It doesn't take a genius to add weights or something, but I am thinking mostly about timing. How long should they be on during a session?
I have heard of a session where clamps are put on for 30 seconds, then turned 90 degrees and applied for 30 seconds. And that is repeated 10 times.
Do you have more suggestions?
