No-controllable pain!

When you do your own hitting and have no master - you control the pain. You can hold back. I need idears for self-inflicted pain that is out of my control! Like the falling toilet seat on balls - or the swinging waterbottle simulating a kick in the balls.

Do you have such idears? Please post. Im sure im not the only one.....and.... It doesn't have to be only pain to the balls... All kinds are welcome

Get a 2-3 foot wooden plank.
Place cock and balls under it and sit on it for a hour

You could use small cheap nerd guns bbs guns etc these can be quite painful and the power is non adjustable??? Not sure I'd want it for myself but think you'd be fine as in safety wise at least
