I’m new to this whole bdsm thing. I’m a 45m and I guess I’ve always liked pain, maybe I feel as if I deserve it. But lately something about it has lit a fire in me, the thought of being controlled, edged. Denial just gets me riled up. I have been tying and some cbt I guess I’m just looking where to go from here. Any input or ideas are welcome.
