You#ll need the strongest clamps you have (but make sure you can handle them for a good 10-15 minutes, but it should hurt ;) ) some string/rope the fan and some ice (or toothbrush if you have no ice)

Get the fan and set it up so it blows cold air over you, if its cold out then keep the window wide open too.
