I was just dared to hold my pee for 1 hour. Tell me what to do while I wait, like what position i should be in, if i can cross my legs, when and how long to press on my bladder...

Here are some that you can try to do:

- Walking
- Edging after each 30 minutes
- Drinking another half liter water during this one hour
- and possibly try to hold as long as you can (i prefer till you feel like or pee on pants)
