Blackmail me for my own good

The title might sounds funny but i am actually as serious as possible.

I want to be blackmailed not as a game or as a victim in a fantasy but for my own good so the "Master" must be really dedicated in helping me.

The main goals are:

1) I am 1.88cm and 92 kilos (approximately) so i need to lose some weight

2) I have fucking high cholesterol and i must really try to keep my food under control which i have tried to do for a month without succeeding.

There are some minor goals but i wanna really succeed in the first 2.

Feel free to ask here to have a better understandment or to give me some courage - willing people to blackmail me can kik me.
