Cbt ideas

I have been cumming a lot lately and I think I deserve to be punish for it. So I would like you to come up with cbt ideas, how many days of denial I should serve, or anything within my limits.

I do have a cbt press, humbled, clothes pins, clamps, household items, and a chastity device.

I'm thinking you should put the chastity device on, then the humbler and then get two gallon jugs of water and two equal lengths of rope. tie the rope to the ends of the humbler, and to the gallon jugs, one on each rope. hang the jugs over a door. so that your on your knees and ass towards the door. slowly crawl away from the door pulling the jugs up the door.
