First-Time Selfbondage ideas

Hello All!

I'm new to the site and very intrigued indeed (30, m). I wonder if a few more experience folks would mind suggesting a very simple, safe, first-time selfbondage scenario to try--something that wouldn't involve more than basic household stuff (scarves, belts, etc.). It's ok if the selfbondage isn't entirely complete.
