If you have wifi/internet access then yes, just use the site as normal I would guess. If you dont then you first need to transfer the image to your computer.
I use my iPod too for this and getdare, I use photobucket app upload to photobucket then click image and then the 'i' for info and direct link of course you'll use link upload
