Get naked and stand on toes and hands for 20 minutes with ass up in the air. Bending knees cost 1 punishment point, bending elbows cost one punishment point, touching floor with sole of the feet cost two punishment points. Touching floor with knees or elbows cost 5 punishment points.
After 20 minutes take 5 swats with a belt on the bare butt for each punishment point.
