This is how I made mine. Excellent results. Just mold the aluminum foil to a shape you desire before duct taping it. I made a nice 2 inch wide plug.

Make a cone out of thick paper. Melt some wax and poor it inside.

The wax cone should have a bigger base than needs to fit in. Because the next step is to shape it into a buttplug, by melting with a hot object or sculpting into the wax.
