It would surprise me if you hadn't had at least 3 demands or requests in the ten minutes some you've posted this. The reasonable answer is actually quite some time. It's not something to rush, you need to establish expectations, mutual respect, and more importantly trust and a connection. It's like asking when you'll find a husband...you can find one tonight, he's probably going to be a toad though.
